BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administration
Today’s fast paced business world often demands real time access to emails at any time of the day. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) synchronizes email and other personal information between a users corporate email account and their BlackBerry Smartphone. IT administrators are responsible for the management of the Blackberry enterprise Servers, as well as, the Blackberry devices receiving the email messages. Mobile Admin provides the IT administrators with access to many of the features that would otherwise be available only from the Blackberry Manager interface. With Mobile Admin’s quick response capability, an administrator can quickly access the Blackberry Enterprise Server to wipe and disable lost handsets, to set device passwords and to lock devices, to resend a service book, or, to set an activation code, all from their smartphone.
