- If you are downloading via HTTPS rather than HTTP, then you must use a trusted certificate. By default, the Android browser will not allow downloads from sites using a un-trusted certificate. The default certificate that is included with Mobile Admin would be considered un-trusted because it is self-signed. To workaround this, you can either download via HTTP (by WiFi using an internal network address) or from the Android Marketplace.
- If you don't see an option for downloading the Android client, your server version may not be current enough. While any Mobile Admin 5.1 server will work with the Android client, to download OTA from Mobile Admin, you must be running v5.1.8907.
