This is attributed to a hostname or IP the BlackBerry does not have the ability to connect to (for instance, if the host is protected by a firewall). Ensure the host being contacted does allow remote connections and also ensure the Hostname, IP Address or Port number has been entered correctly into Mobile SSH.
