Rove mobile admin
Company

Rove (formally Idokorro Mobile) was founded in 2001.

Idokorro pioneered applications for handhelds such as remote over-the-air access to computers and mobile IT management. One of its most successful early products was Mobile SSH, which gave IT Administrators broad access to manage a range of backend server systems from their Blackberry smartphones.

Mobile Admin was developed during these early days. Initially, it was a fairly simple application for detecting and administering Windows-based servers, and was limited to Blackberry smartphone users only. During 2007, Rove began to focus its efforts on developing its Mobile Admin strategy. By 2009, Mobile Admin supported a large range of capabilities and provided its customers with support for a number of mobile platforms.

At the end of 2010, Mobile Admin won e-Week product of the year award.

Organizations of all sizes rely on Rove to help manage their IT infrastructure. With its award-winning solution, Rove helps IT Administrators and System Administrators resolve incidents faster, reduce network downtime and maximize IT efficiencies. Mobile Admin is deployed in thousands of customer sites worldwide in a wide variety of organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies, governments, cities, hospitals, non-profit organizations and both small and medium sized enterprises.
